Gadelho began his career in the real estate division of GP Investimentos in 2005 and participated in the founding of Prosperitas Investimentos (now HSI), where he remained until 2007. Upon returning to HSI in 2019, he took on the challenge of structuring and leading the new Real Estate Credit division, being responsible for origination, analysis, negotiations, structuring, execution, and monitoring of transactions.
Before returning to HSI, he was an executive at Rothschild & Co., directly involved in several M&A transactions totaling over US$20 billion. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo and ANBIMA Manager Certifications – CGA and CGE.
With 27 years of experience in Real Estate Private Equity, M&As, structured credit, and management, Lima has led HSI since its founding. He is responsible for the Company’s strategic planning and real estate investment strategy. He has coordinated over 100 transactions, including the creation of CLB, a logistics warehouse platform, and its sale to GLP – the largest real estate transaction in Brazil at the time.
Lima began his career in the hedge fund sector in 1997, joining the investment bank Wassertein Perella & Co., and in 1999 participated in the management acquisition of the Emerging Markets division. He returned to Brazil in 2000 and was responsible for structuring the first securitization operations at Rio Bravo, pioneering in the country. In 2003, he founded the real estate division at GP Investimentos, which became Prosperitas in 2006 and later HSI in 2012. Lima holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and ANBIMA Manager Certifications – CGA and CGE.
With 29 years of experience in corporate management, real estate finance, structuring, and execution, Ariaz has been with HSI since 2012 and is responsible for the company’s financial planning, focusing on finance, assets under management, and investees. He manages each project through Board interactions and coordinates the compliance and risk management of both the funds and the company, endorsing every transaction.
Before joining HSI, he structured and originated real estate financing exceeding R$2 billion and helped build, at the time, the largest logistics warehouse platform in Brazil. He also played a key role in the professionalization of Brazil’s real estate finance market. He was a partner and CFO at Bracor Investimentos Imobiliários, Director of Structured Finance, and Manager at Brazilian Capital. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as ANBIMA Manager Certifications – CGA and CGE.
